Her work is defined by a willingness to experiment—discovering unconventional materials, rethinking traditional craft methods and exploring the boundaries between artistic intention and wearable design. Each collection reflects her signature minimalism, rooted in clean forms, refined lines and a strong sense of functionality.
Šípková seeks a balance between aesthetic clarity and conceptual depth. Her pieces are created for women who embrace individuality and prefer jewellery with a distinctive character. Her artistic journey includes studies at the Academy of Arts, Architecture & Design in Prague (UMPRUM), a formative internship at École Supérieure d’Arts Graphiques et d’Architecture Intérieure (ESAG) in Paris, and years of work in her own studio.

She has received numerous nominations for the Czech Grand Design Jewellery Designer of the Year award, and her early projects won recognition in the National Student Design Award and the Jewellery of the Year competition. Today, Šípková is recognised for pushing the field forward through experimentation, elegant minimalism and highly skilled craftsmanship.
