The Blue Taper Candles were designed by Dusen Dusen for Areaware, combining the studio’s signature use of color and pattern with a sculptural approach to everyday objects. This set includes two candles, each featuring a different fluted texture that adds depth and visual rhythm.
More than just a source of light, the candles function as decorative objects. Their distinctive form makes them suitable for minimalist interiors as a contrasting element, as well as for more playful spaces where they naturally fit in.
Made from 100% paraffin wax, each candle has an approximate burn time of 40 hours. For optimal performance, trim the wick to about 1 cm before lighting and always follow basic candle safety guidelines.
