The HYDRA CLEAR RING is a poetic interpretation of water in its purest form — a handcrafted statement ring made from deadstock glass beads strung on elastic nylon cord. Each bead catches the light differently, creating subtle reflections reminiscent of morning dew. Created by Kaaret, the slow design brand founded by Klára Dudáková in Prague, the ring embodies the balance between material beauty and sustainable making. Klára, a photographer and former marketing professional, turned to physical creation as a response to the intangibility of digital work — seeking objects that could be held, touched, and worn. Kaaret’s philosophy centers on reviving forgotten materials and transforming them into meaningful, contemporary artefacts. All jewellery pieces are handmade in small series or as one-of-a-kind pieces, using vintage, secondhand and deadstock materials. Each design celebrates imperfection, individuality, and the tactile intimacy of craft.
