Vase Prasklo – Green Particles
Product detailed description
The Green Particles vase tells a story of material honesty, sustainability, and thoughtful creation. Made by PRASKLO, a Czech art label founded by Petra Švejdarová and Klára Vaculíková, this piece is the result of a slow, manual process free of digital tools.
The designers are known for their use of recycled concrete and reclaimed glass—often sourced from demolished buildings or discarded bottles. Their work is rooted in the contrast between raw and refined, permanence and fragility.
Green Particles stands as a sculptural statement that bridges the line between function and art. Available as a one-of-a-kind piece, exclusively for Kunsthalle Praha.

PRASKLO is an artistic design label founded in 2014 by the creative duo Petra Švejdarová and Klára Vaculíková. Their work focuses on unique handcrafted vases and objects made from waste glass and concrete. Each PRASKLO piece is a one-of-a-kind original — not a limited edition, but an individual object with its own story.
Their creations are rooted in a fascination with stone as a primordial natural material — its structure, its forms and its transformative potential. The upcycled glass, sometimes sourced from demolished buildings, gains new functional and aesthetic qualities when combined with concrete.
All objects are produced entirely by hand, using traditional methods and without digital technologies. The process is intuitive and material-driven, emphasising the impossibility of controlling nature and the beauty of working within its unpredictable boundaries.
Petra studied at the Secondary Industrial School of Packaging Technology in Štětí and later Object and Glass Art under Jakub Berdych at Scholastika in Prague. Klára first graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University and then studied photography at TAFE NSW in Sydney, Australia.
