Part of Kaaret’s ENCASE collection, the Lost Rain Necklace combines a secondhand freshwater pearl with a hand-formed soldered metal frame (tin–copper–silver alloy). Its molten, dripping silhouette evokes rain-soaked earth and sediment, giving the piece a sculptural, intimate presence.
Each necklace varies slightly due to the natural individuality of pearls and the artisanal soldering process. Lost Rain transforms overlooked fragments into talisman-like jewellery, highlighting the beauty of imperfection.
Kaaret works predominantly with deadstock, vintage and secondhand materials, extending the life of forgotten elements and giving them new meaning. ENCASE draws inspiration from erosion, drying mud, broken shells, time-worn textures and the unstoppable force of time.
Care: Avoid hard surfaces, water, oils and cosmetics. Remove before sleeping, swimming or exercising. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
