Kristýna Malovaná

Kristýna Pultera Malovaná is a Czech jewellery and product designer whose work embraces minimalism, material experimentation and refined craftsmanship. Her collections are characterised by clean form, subtle detail and a thoughtful use of diverse materials and technologies. Each piece reflects her personal artistic language—balanced, deliberate and rooted in simplicity with purpose.

She graduated from the Academy of Arts, Architecture & Design in Prague (UMPRUM) in the Product Design Studio led by Michal Froňek and Jan Němeček. Her international experience includes residencies and internships in Milan, Berlin and France, as well as collaborations with studios such as Matteo Ragni, llotllov and Soleil d’ombre. She co-founded the design studio MORPHE, focusing on interiors, product design and exhibition installations.

Malovaná has been repeatedly nominated for the Czech Grand Design Jewellery Designer of the Year award and for Designblok Awards. She has exhibited internationally at Salone del Mobile, DMY Berlin, the Czech Center in New York, Designblok in Prague and the Czech Center in Paris.

Her practice is shaped by curiosity, interdisciplinary research and a strong connection to materiality. Through her minimalist and experimental approach, she has become a distinctive voice within contemporary Czech jewellery design.
