Detailed information

Product detailed description

Nine glass elements, with more than one way to wear them. WIGGLE LINE 9 necklace is a more delicate take on the WIGGLE collection. Each glass piece is twisted by hand over a glassworking torch and connected to the next with rings made of surgical stainless steel.

The adjustable fastening is what makes this necklace particularly versatile. Rather than wearing it only in the usual way, you can experiment with how it sits and create different shapes. Let it follow the line of an open neckline or fasten it to draw attention to your bare back.

WIGGLE LINE is one of the more delicate pieces in the collection. It is best suited to occasional wear and should be handled with care.

Kultivar

Kultivar is a glassmaking studio, creative hub and social enterprise rooted in the traditional craft of lampworking and glass blowing. Founded in Liberec in 2016 by Klára Jägerová, the space originally combined a shared workshop, the author’s own studio “U Kahanu” and a showroom for local artisans. Thanks to its generous premises, Kultivar soon developed into a vibrant cultural centre hosting events, exhibitions and hands-on workshops.

Between 2016 and 2021, Kultivar organised more than 150 craft workshops and numerous lectures and community events focused on sustainability, creativity and material awareness. It also served as a gallery and retail space supporting local makers.

After the pandemic forced the closure of its original venue, the project continued in pop-up form until 2023, when a new chapter began: together with Eva Jägerová, the studio was revived with a renewed focus on glassmaking. Today, Kultivar operates from Liberec’s Františkov district and brings together a team of six makers.

Kultivar’s mission is to preserve, teach and further develop the traditional lampworking technique. As a social enterprise, it prioritises sustainability — using primarily local glass, upcycling waste material, organising workshops on low-waste practices and creating employment opportunities for people who face barriers in creative craft fields.

More than 50% of the studio’s profit is reinvested into community development, making Kultivar not only a place of craftsmanship but also a meaningful cultural and social cornerstone.
