You don’t have to start with the first card or go through them all. Pick the one you feel ready for today. Draw a card at random or choose one intentionally based on what’s weighing on your mind right now. Read the prompt calmly – as a question you can reflect on, write down, or just let sink in. Return to the same card another time. The answer is usually a little different each time.
The cards are primarily intended for working alone – in silence, with a journal, or just with a cup of tea.
