Order confirmation

 

Once we have successfully received your order, an automatic confirmation with your order details will be sent to the email you have provided. If this does not happen (or if you have, for example, entered your e-mail address incorrectly), please email us at designshop@kunsthallepraha.org or call us at 241 004 123. We will do our best to get the order to you as soon as possible.

 

Payment options

 

Card payment: you pay using the ShoptetPay payment gateway, which is automatically displayed before you complete your order. ShoptetPay also offers the possibilty of paying with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Bank transfer: once you have confirmed your order, we will send the payment instructions to the email address you have provided. Please enter your order number as the variable symbol.

Zásilkovna: Delivery to the pick-up point

PPL: Delivery to the pick-up point

PPL: Home delivery

Standard Delivery (DHL Express): Home delivery to all EU countries + Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain

International (non-EU) Delivery: Possible upon previous agreement only
