A handbag from the collection by Turkish designer Ahmet Gülkokan, created in response to the exhibition Chiharu Shiota: Unsettled Soul.
Gülkokan was inspired by the red thread motif typical of Shiota’s installations and created a handcrafted collection of three bag sizes and a pencil case.
Ahmet Gülkokan specializes in hand embroidery and the use of traditional woven fabrics. His original bags appear in the collections of many renowned Turkish fashion designers.
